🧺 About the shop

Where do the clothes on offer come from?

I source most of my pieces in France, Austria, and Germany. They are primarily vintage Bavarian and Austrian clothing. They are renowned for their quality, natural materials (linen, cotton, wool, leather), and traditional cuts that perfectly complement the cottagecore aesthetic.

I also occasionally offer more recent pieces, but always chosen for their aesthetics and timeless charm.


Why might the prices seem high?

Austrian and Bavarian clothing is of high quality. These are rare pieces, often handmade from natural materials. They frequently feature beautiful finishes, handcrafted embroidery, or engraved metal buttons.

A new dirndl dress can cost up to €400, sometimes much more.

I offer these clothes at a fair price, which reflects their value, their rarity and the care I take in selecting them.

I personally source each piece by hand, one by one. I don't use any suppliers or wholesalers: it's a job that requires time, patience and long hours of searching.

How do I find out my size?


All sizes indicated on the site correspond to French sizes , established from the actual measurements of the garment.

💡 It is therefore essential to rely on the precise measurements indicated in each product description, rather than on the photos of people being worn and the sizes indicated.

All garments are measured flat.
I highly recommend comparing these measurements with a garment that fits you well to find the perfect fit 🌸

Are the clothes cleaned before shipping?

Yes, each garment is washed/cleaned and checked before shipping.

When necessary, I also take the time to restore it: a hole to sew, a button to replace, stains to remove.

📦 Shipping and delivery

Where do you ship orders?


I ship from France to Europe and worldwide, using La Poste / Colissimo .

What are the delivery times?

I ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days .

• France : 2 to 5 business days
• Europe : 4 to 7 business days
• Rest of the world : 5 to 9 business days


These delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on the destination, postal services and any customs delays 📦

What are the shipping costs?


Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight of the package and the destination.

Are there any additional fees (taxes, customs, etc.)?

For deliveries outside the European Union , import taxes, customs duties, or processing fees may apply. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Unfortunately, I cannot predict or control them, as they depend on the regulations in force in each country.


If these fees are not paid and the package is returned to me, reshipping fees will apply. An invoice will be sent to you by email, and the order will be reshipped upon receipt of payment.

How do I return an item?


Due to the unique and vintage nature of the clothing, returns are not accepted.

I make sure to provide you with accurate descriptions and measurements for each item. Therefore, I encourage you to read the product descriptions in full, look at all the photos, carefully check the measurements , and compare them to your own before placing your order to ensure the item will fit you.

If you have any doubts about sizing or would like more information about an item, please don't hesitate to write to me — I'd be happy to advise you before your purchase ✨

I wish to cancel my order: how do I do this?

You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

For any cancellation request, please contact me as soon as possible at the email address dodievintageshop@gmail.com, indicating the details of your order.

Once the order has been shipped, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to cancel it.

Withdrawal Policy


You have a 14-day withdrawal period after receiving your order .

If you wish to return an item during this period, you will need to provide a valid reason, and the return shipping costs will be your responsibility .
